Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks and money orders. If you choose to pay by check, we will wait for your mailed payment before shipping the product unless you select the COD option when checking out. There is an additional charge of $6.00 for COD orders.

If you choose to order by phone, a professional Vitabase representative will assist you with your order—not an answering machine. If you call after business hours (8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST), your call will be returned the following day.
If a credit card order is declined, we will contact the customer by email and/or phone. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks and fraudulent charge backs.
Shipping
We ship all products the same day or the next business day. No waiting 4–6 weeks for an order! Our domestic shipping cost is only $4.50 for orders up to $50.00 and $6.00 for orders over $50.00. International orders will be charged an additional $10.00 and usually reach their destination within a week.
Returns
Every product shipped by Vitabase has a 60-day money back guarantee from the date that the product was ordered. The customer must call Vitabase and request an RMA (return merchandise account) number before returning any merchandise. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
